MKV Sugartech Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is an integrated engineering consultancy specializing in Sugar, Ethanol, and Cogeneration projects. Established in January 2022, the company combines deep technical knowledge with practical industry experience to deliver reliable, cost-effective engineering solutions.
Our multidisciplinary team works across milling, process, and steam generation systems, offering services that range from DPR preparation and equipment design to optimization, audits, troubleshooting, and on-site supervision. We focus on helping plants improve efficiency, reduce losses, and achieve stable, long-term performance.

The Minds Behind MKV Sugartech Solutions
With over 26 years of experience across L&T, ISGEC, JPMA, and Uttam, Mr. Verma specializes in mill house design, juice extraction, and process optimization. He has led DPR work, equipment design, troubleshooting, and project supervision for sugar plants ranging from 1,250 to 12,000 TCD, consistently delivering high-efficiency performance improvements.

With an M.Tech in Chemical Engineering and 22 years at J. P. Mukherji & Associates, he brings deep expertise in process engineering, plant optimization, and technical evaluation. His work spans multiple large-scale sugar and process industry projects across India.

COGENERATION EXPERT
A Master’s degree engineer with over 30 years of experience in boilers and utilities, he has led major boiler upgrades, conversions, and troubleshooting across diverse industries. His designs for boilers, economizers, and re-boilers have improved performance in sugar, solvent extraction, chemical, paper, textile, and power plants.

SUGAR & ETHANOL EXPERT
With an ME in Chemical Engineering and 20 years in the sugar and ethanol sector, he specializes in mass-energy balance, process design, ethanol feedstock modeling, energy integration, and automation. He has developed innovative solutions during his tenure at EID Parry and multiple large-scale sugar and ethanol projects.
DESIGN ENGINEERS
Our design team comprises mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation engineers with 10–30 years of experience in drafting and designing sugar plant machinery, covering mill house, process equipment, steam systems, and detailed engineering documentation.
