Troubleshooting in Juice Extraction and Process Section in Sugar Plant.
Expertise in Preparing HMBD for Sugar Plant.
Designing and drawing checking of equipment in mill house and boiling house i.e. cane unloader, cane carrier, feeder table, cane chopper, cutters, fibrizer, rake carriers, and mills sizes varying from Ø 18” x 36” long to Ø 45” x 90” long, juice heaters, evaporators, pans, crystallized, etc.
As a team leader/member of the consultant’s team participated in the technical survey, feasibility studies, and preparation of Detailed Project Reports, technical specifications, and evaluations of bids during optimization, modernization, rehabilitation, and expansion of existing sugar factories, of various capacities from 1250 TCD to 12000 TCD.

He has obtained a Master’s Degree in Engineering. He worked in Hindustan Antibiotics as a utility engineer.

During his long tenure, he has established himself as an expert in the field of Boiler Up-gradation, renovation, conversion, troubleshooting of boilers, etc. He also has also given many solutions for boiler Trouble Shooting. He is currently associated with many consultants in the field of Heat & Power generation as boiler consultant. He has successfully given solutions to industries by designing special systems in Boilers, Re-boilers, Economizers for last more than 30 years.

During this period, a large number of industries working in the field such as,

Solvent extraction & Refinery plants,
Sugar factories,
Paper & pulp plants,

He associated with the sugar industry for the last 20 years beginning his career with EID Parry sugar division to set up a Technology division; as the sugar industry was going through major changes in technology and by-product utilization. He along with one colleague set up the entire department in three year period and bring many new concepts in energy saving, automation, sugar refining, and ethanol projects in the sugar business.
